A Feb. 23 press conference to announce a $25 million gift from The Broad Foundation to create The Broad Institute for Integrative Biology and Stem Cell Research was covered by multiple media outlets.

Covering the event were the Los Angeles Daily News, KPCC-FM radio, KNX-AM, KFI-AM, KFWB-AM, Sing Tao Daily, KNBC-TV Channel 4, KABC-TV Channel 7, KTTV-TV Channel 11, Annenberg TV News, the Daily Trojan and City News Service.

A March 1 ABC News Web story also looked at the Women’s Health Initiative and quoted women’s health expert Donna Shoupe.
